Request deletion of your information

You may request deletion of eligible personal information associated with your use of Jimmy Hairstylist services.

This may include:

• Customer identity and contact information.
• Eligible appointment history.
• WhatsApp or customer-service records held by us.
• Loyalty-card information and reward history.
• Product-request information.
• Reviews, ratings, photos, videos, voice notes, or other submitted media.

To help us locate the correct records, include:

• Your full name.
• The phone number used for booking or WhatsApp communication.
• A description of the information you want deleted.
• Whether the request includes appointments, loyalty data, reviews, media, or all eligible information.

Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, identity-document photographs, or unrelated sensitive information.

Verification

We may request reasonable verification to confirm that the requester controls the phone number or account associated with the information.

This protects customers against unauthorized deletion requests.

What happens after a valid request

After verification, we will review the request and delete or anonymize eligible information from active systems.

We will also remove eligible published reviews or customer-submitted media where the request can be verified.

Information may be retained where reasonably necessary for:

• Legal or regulatory obligations.
• Security and fraud prevention.
• Dispute resolution.
• Accounting or legitimate transaction records.
• Protecting the rights and safety of customers or the business.

Backup copies may remain temporarily until normal backup-retention cycles complete.
